What a tour is like

You’ll walk the property with one of our educators — through the classrooms, out to the gardens, and down to the animals. Your child is very welcome to come along, and most do; watching how a child reacts to the space tells you more than anything we could say about it.

Bring whatever questions you have. Fees, availability, how we settle a child who is new, what a day actually looks like — all of it is fair game, and you won’t be handed a brochure instead of an answer.

There is no obligation at the end of it, and no pressure to fill in anything on the day.

If something changes and you can’t make it, let us know — there’s a cancel link in your confirmation, and a cancelled time goes straight back to another family. We would much rather know than wonder.
