The Montessori Farm is a 142-place early learning centre on 6 acres at Willow Vale — with classrooms that open onto paddocks, a veggie garden, and a hobby farm the children help run. Our educators spend real time outdoors with the children, and no two days look the same.
We look for people who genuinely love this age group — educators, Kindy teachers, cooks and farmers alike. Whether you're experienced or still studying towards your qualification, if you'd rather work with sheep and kookaburras in the background than fluorescent lights, we'd love to hear from you.

The second step, where children build trusting relationships with peers and educators — fostering emotional and physical safety, and an optimal base for developing independence through academics.

The third step which helps our children acquire extensive knowledge in a fun way.
Delivering a high quality learning environment is hard work — however, the emotional benefits of seeing children develop under your care are extremely rewarding! This is not a job where your objective is to come into work, sign off your hours and get paid; you will simply not succeed at our centre with that approach. You really have to love being an Early Educator.
