Frequently asked questions
A centre tour is a great way for you and your child to get a feel for the centre and to experience our early learning environment first hand. We want you to be comfortable and happy that you’ve made the right decision for your child and your family. Please contact us and we can organise a time that best suits you.
We are open from 6.30am to 6.00pm weekdays and take children from 8 weeks to school age.
We would love to find your child a place at our centre! We are currently accepting waitlist applications found under 'Contact Us'. These waitlists are regularly reviewed and after you have submitted an application families will be contacted to confirm and discuss your child's needs further.
If you would like to enrol directly, please give our centre a call or send us a message on our contact form.
We are passionate about ensuring all children have access to early learning and have protocols and resources in place in our centre to support children's specific dietary and additional needs.
Please contact us so we can work together to support your child's individual needs.
Our centre is classed as a Long Day Care so parents shall benefit Government Subsidies such as CCS (Child Care Support).
If you would like to access a reduction in your childcare fees you need to apply for the Child Care Subsidy through your MyGov account.
As part of the Child Care Subsidy, the number of hours of subsidised care you’ll be entitled to will be based on your level of recognised activity. Understanding the different types of activity that will be recognised is key to maximising your Child Care Subsidy.
